The aim of Jillaine’s work is to deliver a personalised and specific diet plan supported with the Victus online recipes and planners, which address deficiencies, intolerances and pathology- to work with clients in a cooperative manner to restore balance.

“I believe that a well-established and complex microbiota (good gut bugs and yeasts) goes a long way to not only nourishing us but to protecting us from an ever-increasing toxin-laden environment.”

Although Jillaine believes that a good quality homemade diet should ultimately supply most of what we need- she also finds that supplementation which address deficiencies then enable the diet to succeed.

“I am a mother to three sons and grandmother to two granddaughters. My passions include sailing, organic vegetable, sheep & poultry farming, dancing and food. Tasmania is every bit home for me now with all due respect to the traditional custodians the Melukerdee and Palawa people.”
