I have15 years of experience, my journey began in conventional medical practice, working as a medical practitioner including general practice. I also have Australian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine training. I have not renewed my medical registration which gives me greater freedom to provide natural therapies. I do not use Medicare at all and do not prescribe pharmaceuticals. I engage in functional pathology testing including microbiome assessments, cortisol and other hormone testing. I still use evidence-based medical knowledge which I integrate with natural and lifestyle therapies.

I have a particular passion for helping patients with:

* Gut health concerns (including bloating, IBS, food intolerances, and microbiome support)

* Weight management through safe, sustainable, and personalised strategies

* Autoimmune conditions, with a special focus on thyroid disorders such as Hashimoto’s and Graves’ disease

* Child nutrition and wellbeing, supporting families in building strong foundations for lifelong health
