Dr Peter Baratosy is an experienced GP and Author of 5 books including "Gut Feelings" and "It Could Still Be Your Thyroid". He is especially interested in treating thyroid conditions and gut problems and conditions that can be linked to these. He does a very thorough 1 hr initial consultation.

He also uses prolotherapy, a treatment for chronic musculoskeletal pain and conditions. He is a Fellow of the Australasian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine (ACNEM) where he was also on Faculty as a lecturer and as an examiner.
Peter is down to earth, a good listener, and passionate about helping people to help themselves to improve their health. Peter prefers to see patients for a 1 hour initial appointment in order to get a complete understanding of all the factors that might be involved in bringing about symptoms.
